8 Inch Chef’s Knife made of Nitro-V Stainless Steel (~60HRC) with a hand satin finish. Ebony handle with hand-cut natural Abalone inlay. I take a lot of inspiration from the ocean, and I want to show some of that inspiration through my knives. I’ve always found seashells beautiful, with Abalone topping the list. It’s natural layers remind me of flowing water, and it’s vibrant blue and green colors pop against the black Ebony hardwood.
